I tired eating out at a Spanish place the food was too spicy, at home can I do a Mexican or Spanish non spicy meal or will Jenny Craig come up with more foods that are non American.

Jenny Craig recently came out with a new international cookbook. I bet there are lots of ideas for Mexican foods in there. Check it out!
Or just be creative! Use your chili con carne or turkey chili to make a taco salad on top of a bed of lettuce w/ tomato, FF sour cream & salsa.
If you are doing a pyramid day, make your own burrito w/ large tortilla, 2 oz. of roasted chicken, 1 oz. low-fat or FF cheese (I personally like to use cottage cheese), shredded lettuce, tomato, diced onion, & salsa. The approximate exchanges would be 2 starch, 3 meat, and 1/2 to 1 veggie. If you have any fat exchanges you can use, add some olives.
Enjoy!

Great news! We are introducing a Chicken, Rice and Bean Burrito in October. Also January new foods will feature a Zesty Basil Chicken with Orzo and Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers.
Have a great week and thanks for being a JC Client.

Yumm, I love potstickers. That's awesome. I really like the influx of international food. It makes the food price seem more reasonable when you are getting food that you wouldn't normally be able to cook at home.
