I was really excited to eat the Carmel Popcorn but was dissapointed with the coffee flavour. Is this necessary? As if a person likes Carmel Popcorn they will like it, however if you don't like coffee you are out of luck. Can this be made without? Thanks!

I agree. I got 5 bags before I tasted this and then I took a bite and immediately said - why does this popcorn taste like coffee? Then I read the ingredient list and saw why - there is coffee in it! Why, oh why did someone feel a need to make coffee flavored popcorn?

Regarding the question on why JC added coffee to the Cafe Caramel Popcorn. In our Product Development process we sampled a variety of flavors of caramel popcorn and the Cafe flavor was the favorite. This process consists of sampling current and non-current Clients.

Bring it back, coffee flavor or not.

It wasn't discontinued. It was temporary in the first place. That's what the "special edition" foods are -- items that are available for a short time to add some variety and test potential sales. It might come back in the next permanent menu revamp, depending on how popular it was. That's true of all the special edition foods.

One suggestion for any of the special edition foods that Jenny Craig has released. Contact the Jenny Care line and let the representatives know about your desire for an item to return. They take all feedback very seriously.
