I just started i am in my 2nd week and doing well. I am so far just eating the JC food. Yes I agree it is very costly but I like the conviency and how it is all portioned out. Big Help!!! But I will start doing breakfasts on my own 3x a week. I can cook eggs and toast just the same. i like the strawberry bar with coffee when I am on the run.
I love the Toffe bites, Cheese curls,Sour dough bits and the Tuna Kit. I am surprised how good it all tastes. Only 1 thing so far I threw out just could
not down it that was the beef and mash potatoes.
Thanks for the tip on the chicken I won't get that and to ask for a price list

Pam - Good luck, but just be careful adding your own foods early on. It is all too easy to add too much or the wrong things, and then the wight loss dries up. I find that most people I have spoken too agree that in teh early days it is better to go 100% JC.

Thank You for the advice. Yes I am very careful. I lost 10 pounds so far. I do all JC just 1 breakfast and 1 salmon dinner I mis that fish But I wil keep that in mind
