Hi - Does anyone have any good tips to save some money while on the program? Buying the JC food every week is costing me much more than my weekly budget for food! I'm near maintenance so I'm still eating JC food for most of the week.
One good tip I found from a posting was to buy the Bumblebee brand tuna salad kit instead of the JC tuna salad kit -- great idea!!
Anyone have any others?
Thanks so much. Trying to stay on the program, but it's hard to afford the food...

I have found that OPTIMUM breakfast cereal by Natures Path is available at Costco...$5.29 for a two week supply. It has 10 g of dietary fiber and it tastes similar (I think better than) Complete start. Also, I have found Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches...similar nutritionally to the cheesecake...chocolate/mint/peanut butter...all 98% fat free.
I think that you can read about both of these online. Good luck!

I asked my coach to give me the price list. And she did. That way you can budget. Ask if they will let you plan 2 days yourself with there help. Just an idea.

I just posted some ideas under the returning clients board under the thread of "cost." Check it out for some other ideas.
