I could NOT eat the "Island Style Chicken"...I took one bite and actually had to spit it out. I think it might be so bad because it's not frozen, it's just in a package and has no need to be refrigerated....how can that kind of chicken ever taste good? From now on I want to buy only the frozen entrees, not the dehydrated, boxed items.

I know what you mean, I don't like the Island chicken or the Lemon chicken. The frozen entrees are all very good!

Personally, I have an aversion to the Island Chicken, so I understand your feeling on that one. Yet, I encourage you to taste all of the shelf stable items for yourself, even the other chicken items, before writing them off. For instance, I do not like Island Chicken but love the Chicken Pasta Parmesean and the Homestyle Chicken and Noodles. Other shelf items I enjoy are Beef and Mashed Potatoes and Turkey Chili. I have found it is best to try everything once or twice before "guessing" my tastes----and I have been pleasantly suprrised!

I agree with you Courtney. Most things I didn't like the first time, I did like when I gave them a second chance.
The Island Chicken however, is not one of them. As I've taught my children to say, No thanks, I don't care for that!

Agree, now I tend to look for the "F" mark when I order. I wont be ordering the lemon or sschicken for a while.
