If you like the frosting like I do, I always cut my carrot cake in half then take 1tbs FF Cream Cheese and mix some cinamon and Splenda in and put it in between. MMM haven't ordered the carrot cake in a while!!!

I must admit that the carrot cake is the bomb!! Unfortunately , i haven't had it in a while because in the summertime i need my cheese curls 7 days a week!!

Just thought I would share how I like to partake of the yummy carrot cake... I warm the frozen cake in the microwave for about 20 seconds.

Yes, the Carrot Cake is a permanent menu item. We will be having a new Strawberry Cake coming out in January.

I have been ordering the carrot cake, and chocolate cake every week and will continue to do so. One each, I do like the other snacks...All snacks are good though..lol
