I just tried the Chicken & Asparagus Crepe from the Summer Fest foods - DELICIOUS!
It was very filling and had excellent flavor...
I vote for having this one become a permanent menu item!

I'm with you Dori. I think I'm going to add some more of my own mushrooms next time - sauteed with garlic. You could never have enough garlic.

The flavor to me was about as close as you could come to a chicken pot pie. Wish this one could be a lunch instead of dinner, cause I wasn't that satisfied afterwards. Of course, I usually NOT satisfied when something tastes this good. Thumbs UP.

The first thing I did was add some asparagus that I had bought at the farmers market...I thought the taste of it was good. It was so nice to have something new ! Adding mushrooms would be good too and garlic is always a plus !

Didn't really think it sounded good but after a while, one gets tired of the same old menu so, I bought it today and had it tonight. I was pleasantly surprised. I will definately get this one again. Now to try the southwest pizza tomarrow... Looks great but SOOOO small. I hope it fills me up. Hope everyone is doing well.

Maybe it was me, maybe I cooked it too long, my crepe got soggy, so I didn't love it! Maybe I will try it again since you all really liked it. i love aspargus, so i was disappointed when it came out soggy!

My compliments to the chef! I had it for lunch so I could cook the Southwest Pizza in the oven tonight for dinner.
What a great taste, but as always, I wish there was more of it.

I would've liked to try the crepe, except it has that mushroom sauce that I can't chow down.
This is one of the reasons I loved the Teriyaki Chicken...it was not drenched in any sauce that someone may not care for. It's always better to add to an entree than to try and take away from it.

The Crepe was just OK for me. At first i was pleased to see that it did not have alot of mushrooms and then I poped open the inside of the c**** and to my dismay it was filled with them So after spending 5min taking them all out I enjoyed the taste.
If this recipe could be made with the mushrooms pieces on the outside instead of the inside it would have a thumbs up vote from me.

I tried the crepe last night and didn't care for it. First of all, one tiny piece of asparagus - whats up w/that? And the taste to me was bland! Didn't blow me over. However, the fruit medley breakfast is delicious!
I'm looking forward to the other new items.

I really LOVED it!! I used to cook a similar recipe: Asparagus Crepes Cordon Bleu... which was so fattening you just had to look at it to add ten pounds to your butt. This was such a pleasant surprise and it's low cal too. Paint me green and call me Gumby! I have found a new JC favorite.

This is an amazing treat! Great blend of flavors. I'd like more asparagus and wouldn't mind if there was no chicken in it at all.
Maybe that's something that could become a vegetarian option??
