Hi Everyone,
I am new on here and also new to Jenny Craig. I joined four weeks ago and I am going great!!! I started off at 98kgs and now I weigh 96.1kgs - I even managed to lose 0.6kgs over christmas and new year! Yay for me! Anyway I am just looking for some support to get me through this, I am hoping to lose about 30kgs and get down to 68kgs in the end. I think the food is great but I would like it more with a bit more of a variety. The thing I am finding the hardest is watching what the rest of my family are eating! Please tell me that this feeling of anger at them passes! lol Have a good day! Harmony_Gurl |

I just started reading this thread trying to find out if there is anyone from England in the house. But while I'm at it, there are 2.2 lbs. in a kilo. So if you lose 10 kilos, you will have lost 22 lbs. Another way the Brits have of saying it is, "I've lost 2 'stone'. A stone is 14 lbs. 2 stone = 28 lbs. Just a thought to bring about international harmony, good will and understanding!!!
