Hi everyone
I was reading through eveyone's posts and I instantly felt relief
*sigh*
I am not the only one....and this message board is a great idea!
Everything that was said I can really relate to. This is my second attempt with Jenny Craig....this time I am going to get to my goal weight and stay there!
I have my second weigh in on the 11th. My first week I lost 3.5 kg. Going strong!
Speak to you soon

No worries about the work dinner. Sounds like you were aware and make careful decisions. That's all we can ask of ourselves! It will happen that friends invite us to dinner or we have birthdays, anniversaries, holidays etc..
Just jump right back on track when it's over!
I'm also from Perth and was trying to find a walking buddy when I first joined up but the lack of aussies was resounding...LOL
Where abouts are you? (Feel free to PM more private details) I live in the Northern Suburbs and work in Subi.
I've converted my weight into pounds for the sake of all the Americans on here but I'm currently at 66 kilos and looking to get down to 55. I know it doesn't sound like much but on a 155cm frame... well, let's just say I'm not happy with it!
Wishing you a great week!!

Hi
Thanks Siren, I am back on track again. Thinking positive and trying to exercise as much as I can. I live close to the beach so I like to go for long walks. I am happy the weather is becoming better.

I know I have a long way to go but my weight didn't increase...no balloon..over night!
