I am off to the centre today at 5.00pm, I am excited and nervous but this time I am going to do it, sick of being a size 16. How many kilos does everyone average a week??

Congrats on joining, this really is a fanstastic family - I've only been on JC for a week and a half and everyone is so inspirational.
Where are you and what are your stats? Tell me a little about yourself... I too am a size 16/18 and want to be in a 12, but hey a 10 would be even better. I'm in Brisbane, 20 yrs old, a mum of a little 2 yr old son, studying to be a teacher. I started at 88kg and want to be 69kg. I lost .6kg in my first week, but apparently you should lose more due to water loss, so I'm hoping for a bigger loss this week, have my second weigh-in on monday, bright and early so I don't have to eat before! Maybe that trick will work! Hope to hear from you soon, best of luck, you can do it! Natalie |

Hi Nat
I am 84kg 175 cms tall. I have a son he has just turned one. I am a property manager and i am working on a part time basis. Decided to join JC as I have done other programs before but I think it is better to have meals laid out for you. How much are you spending per week on food? |
