im a bit new at the whole "diet thing" and am looking at all different options before i start. i have eaten healthy for about 4 months now but im not seeing any difference, so i thought with a plan and some support, not just from your adviser but from other NZers that are going through the same thing (I would like to keep in touch with some for support via email, if anyone is interested) that maybe i can kick start my weight loss and get back my figure!
feel free to email me, i look foward to hearing from you. |

hi teddybar,
you're already used to eating healthily, so that's a plus for you. what you'll learn on JC is what a real portion is (i was shocked by how much i over-ate before, not realizing my portions were too much.) and you'll also learn that eating so many smaller meals during the day keeps your metabolism up and running instead of eating a huge meal then starving the rest of the day which will actually slow it down. hopefully you can learn not to think of this as a diet but as a lifestyle change. good luck!! |
