I am on day three of my first week. Reading back on some of your posts. Glad I am not the only one feeling a wee bit hungry.I was a bit suprised how small the portions were but I guess I have to get used to eating those things from the free list. Yep shows how much I was used to eating.
I am really hoping for a good loss from this first week to really motivate me further. I really want to lose this weight and I have been exercising each day. My focus this week is supposed to be increasing my water intake and I have been struggling a bit with that but definetly doing a lot better than I was. How long have you all been on and any helpful hints to get through those first few weeks until the weight dropping is enough to inspire me! I could really do with some support here I don't know anyone else on the Jenny Craig Programme. |

Hello Jo, I am also new, day 4 for me. I am doing well, just a bit unsure about what I can & can't drink. The water is hard to get used to & I am not up to the 8 glasses a day yet. I am still having 2 cans of diet coke per day, will have to ask at next weigh in if this is ok.
My starting weight is 95 kilo, with a 20 kilo loss as my first goal. I have been reading the American boards & converted my kilos into pounds to compare. What a shock I was over 200lbs. Thanks god I dont live in the states! I will be watching out for your posts and look forward to traveling this road with you |
