struggling on 5jc 2 your own

Hi EVERYONE
Well iam feeling abit down i started JC at 95kgs ive had a good loss down to 86kgs there lies my problem i despratly want to get down to 85 kgs before the 1st feb iam on 5 jenny days and 2 of my own but finding it hard to shift that last kg its impotant for me to get to my first target of 85kgs i have to come of jc for awhile i just hope my weight does not heap back on but due to a operation and a hospital stay of @10 days then a long time of not being able to do any exercise what so ever , i recon there is a good chance of some of it creeping back on so ive lost my motivation and iam proberly doing abit of emotional eating which also explains the stuborn 1kg not coming of. somebody help has anybody been at the 5/2 stage what ways did you cope??

Hi Diddle,
I am only on my third week at Jenny and feel this is it!! It is awesome to not have to think about the planning. One thing I talked to my 'counselor' about was instead of going 'vertical' doing whole days on my own. . . I might try it 'horizontally'
First, master breakfasts on my own, then move to lunches on my own, then Dinners. . .
This will leave me with only one meal to make a mistake on as I ventura out on my own. . .GGOD LUCK! Don't Give Up!!

thanks for that thought, sounds like a good idea. how have you done so far with your weight lose ? in total ive lost 10.4kgs i plan to lose more later and your suggestion will come in handy then as next week is my last at jc till i get the all clear after op .
