Hi everyone
I am just loving JC I have been a member now for 6weeks and have lost 3.5kg
The food is really tasty. If I feel really hungry, I bulk my evening meal up with loads of steamed veggies and that really makesa difference. At first I was really hungry but I must say, I visualise myself at my goal weight which is 65kg
I cant weight (excuse the pun )
Anway I am currently 72kg so I will keep in touch with everyone. I know you will realise that you have made the correct move in joining this grat program

Hi Skully,
Great to see you here. Congratulation on your weightloss and keep your eyes focused on your black dress and you will get there too. I love this program too. I lost 10.5kg in 5 weeks so I am definitely not complaining. I hope each and everyone of us get to reach our goal

Hi dreamingauthor,
You are awesome. How on earth did you have such a great weight loss in 5weeks. You must have been sooooo good. Thnakyou for your kind support and I hope I hear from you again soon. I have lost another 1kg this week and I feel so very happy.
Do you sometimes feel hungry even though you have eaten all your food for the day? If so, how do you get around it.I generally eat vegetables (stir fry) and I am getting mighty sick of it let me tell you.
Thnaks again for your kind thoughts

Try adding extra water. Even having sugar free jello. See if you can exchange some of your fruits or veggies for more filling alternatives.
Maybe you can adjust the way you eat -- I tend to eat dinner after 7:00 to help with my nights. I tend to snack more then. For you, it may be another time. See if you can balance your snacks or have your food at different times.
Hope these help! Good luck!

Hi Skully,
THis week I haven't done so well but I will keep on going. I do find that I get hungry so when I am not really hungry I save up my fruit and then eat it at the point. I use steamed vegies or salad. (must admit getting sick of salad) but I am here for the long haul
bye Toni
