I'll second that. The less I fuss with pork the better it is. Just don't cook it to death.

Rub it down with olive oil, sprinkle on some garlic powder and season all or any other spices that you may like on meat, broil for 8-9 minutes then turn over and grill for another 8-9 minutes. Let it sit for several minutes before slicing. It will be slightly pink in the middle...yummo!! (this is for an approx. 1# pork tenderloin)

No pink in the middle of pork!!! LOL

Sprinkle Santa Maria seasoning on it and pop it in the oven or put it on the grill. Yummo!!!
