Rub it down with olive oil, sprinkle on some garlic powder and season all or any other spices that you may like on meat, broil for 8-9 minutes then turn over and grill for another 8-9 minutes. Let it sit for several minutes before slicing. It will be slightly pink in the middle...yummo!! (this is for an approx. 1# pork tenderloin)

Sprinkle Santa Maria seasoning on it and pop it in the oven or put it on the grill. Yummo!!! |
