This is my lunch today - has anyone tried?
I am liking the frozen foods better so always nervous about the shelf - lunches and dinners. |

It's awesome heated up and thrown over a bed of raw spinach. Use salsa as your dressing and use the fat serving later in the day.

Agree. Aside from the "old" chili con carne (in the pull top can), the Southwest Chicken is one of my favorite lunches and I love it just as it is. Have been on the program for about 9 months and have yet to feel the need to doctor it up.
