OK, what is the deal with all of the Jenny Craig rice dishes ? The rice comes out lousy on all of them. The worst offender is the Sweet and Sour chicken, which ends up like a soup.
Is the issue that is not possible to make a palatable, microwavable, serving of rice??? Heck, even Uncle Ben's is better than this stuff. Am I cooking these wrong in the microwave??? Thoughts/comments??? -WC |
