I added a 1/2 cup of mixed frozen veggies. But I found it a bit bland and I think I'm going to try some Worchestire and thyme.

To each his own! LOL Everyone has different tastes, that's what makes us all different! Adding veggies sounds good too to bulk it up a bit.

Idon't often say I hate a food on JC but the corn chowder can be used for kid's paste It has no flavor at all. Let jennie Craig work on frozen vegiie burgers or frozen hotdogs then u can call it a lunchtime special I am so looking forward to great new lunches They know how to make snacks

I didn't hate it but I didn't love it either. It needs something. I had it at work so all I had with me was garlic powder but perhaps at home I can find a way to add some flavor. The creaminess tastes artificial and that's one of the turn offs for me.

Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning gave it a nice zing of flavor- without adding sodium.
I've been sprinkling that on all sorts of JC foods lately- also great on the SW burritto and SW chicken & beans.

All the Mrs. Dash dry sprinkle on seasoning products are full of flavors and NO salt. Find them at your local grocer on the seasonings aisle.

I'm on maintenance so I still buy some of the food occasionally. I tried the soup and didn't mind it. I'm not a soup person to begin with but this was alright. I added pepper to give it more taste.

I didn't think it was great either, so I added salsa to it. It tastes much better that way!

I add chopped mushrooms, salt, and pepper to make a great "Cream of Mushroom" soup to have with my salad.
