Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe 4 oz. of wine = one fat serving. So, skip your salad dressing one day, and you should be able to enjoy a glass of red. I've kind of gotten away from using dressing anyway - a lot of the lunch entrées are really great dumped over a pile of greens.... no dressing needed. I do this with the chili, SW chicken & rice, beef chow mein, and cheesy enchilada.

Or- I think you could incorporate it into the once a week "splurge"= 250 calories.
Probably best to speak directly with your JCC or call the nearest center if you're doing "at home" plan.
Just to be sure you're working into your plan and it works for you.

Nothing like a good glass of merlot now and then!
Cheers!

Hi! Life is too short not to enjoy wine. 4oz wine=2 fats. The other gal had the right idea about the occasional splurge and working it off via excercise. I don't know if you would enjoy a wine spritzer, but that would count as 1 fat.
Hope this helps!
