Has anyone tried cutting JC Banana Nut Muffins or Blueberry Muffins in threes??? I have!! Cut muffins across to make a muffin top and two other pieces. Toast in toaster oven and spread with Sugar-Free Jam or Jelly.. Delicious...Crispy and tastes like Thomas' Muffins...Yummy

Hmmmm, that sounds like a tasty idea. I 've only tried the Banana Nut Muffin. I let it get to room temp and it seemed a little on the mushy/pasty side. Thanks for the suggestion!!

I love those Banana Nut Muffins too! What a great idea to split them in thirds. Will there be a recipe available for them???

My addiction with the muffins:

1 small container of Dannon 50 calorie vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup of blueberries or banana
1 muffin of your choice

put yogurt in the bottom of a dish, top with fresh fruit, crumble the muffin on top. Breakfast wonderful.
