Wow! I guess I'm so new that I missed all the posts about how fabulously delicious the Chicken Fettuccine is. I almost danced in the kitchen after I took my first taste.

The entree was very small. I thought it wasn't going to be filling enough but I did ok eating extra veggies.

yes it is great! one of my fav's! Sometimes I add steamed broccoli to it, or sun dried tomatoes. VERY GOOD!

ITA! I usually steam some frozen vegs (broccoli, cauli, yellow squash & baby carrots, or just green beans) and serve the fettucine over the veggies. It volumizes the meal and the veggies are coated with the yummy sauce rolleyes.gif I like to sprinkle a little crushed red pepper on it too.

Sometimes with that or the Chicken Carbonara (another favourite), I'll make a bit of sauce using sundried tomatoes, ff sour cream, and a dash of sherry (maybe some snowpeas or broccoli as well). I don't know the exchanges for the sherry, so I could it as a ltd free. I really like the creamy JC pastas, but not so much the tomato based ones, as they taste a little Chef Boyardee-ish.

Me, too. I've tried it with a bunch of different veggies, and I like it best with asparagus, too. I heat up the fettucine for most of the suggested time, saving about 90 seconds. Then dump it in a bowl, add the asparagus, mix it all up, add some seasoning, nuke for 90 seconds. Asparagus is still nice and crisp. Yummy.

I love the Chicken Fettucine, too. I like to volumize it by steaming a bunch of "Oriental Mix" veggies. Different varieties include a mixture such as broccoli, thin green beans, onions, mushroom, red pepper and sometimes water chestnuts. I mix the veggies in and then sprinkle on shredded parmesan cheese (not the powdered junk). Mix together again. It gets ooey gooey and it's just magnificent! ;-)

I had it tonight for the first time. I thought it was ok. I will say that after that and a huge artichoke, I wasn't hungry for my chocolate cake and milk.
