I have tried pretty much most of the vegetarian options and I have found most of them disappointing. I really do wish they would provide more vegetarian food. They have stir frys, so why not add tofu (or soy chicken/soy beef) instead of regular chicken or beef?? The lunches are horrible. I am limited to lifeless pizzas (which by the way, the crust sticks to that awful silver heating tray and I end up with the plastic stuck to the bottom) or some mediocre soups. The only thing I liked was the cheesy enchilada and the baked potato, but how much can one eat of the same thing? Dinners are a bit better with variety, but still not enough. I apologize for being a grouch about it, but I was kind of hoping for more. Maybe if someone can guide me in the correct direction, this plan will be easier to stick to.

Hello. I put my pizzas directly on the oven rack so they crisp on the bottom and the edges. I don't think you're supposed to keep that heating tray underneath the pizza unless you're heating in the microwave only. The pizzas a much better cooked directly on the rack. Just put a cookie sheet or some foil on the rack below the rack you're cooking your pizza on. It will catch the crumbs and cheese that fall off. When the pizza is done, just use a spatula to pull the pizza onto a plate.
If you're taking to work, cook in the oven, then put in one of those cheap plastic Glad sandwich containers. It fits perfectly. -------------------- (HW 267 (July 2006 - lost weight on my own just by controlling portion sizes) ) ---------------------------- Height: 5'4" Age: 39 (on 04/21/08) SW 250.3 --- 03/12/08 Start Date CW 229.0 GW#1 - 190 GW#2 - 140 GW#3 - 125 Week 1: -3.8 ---- 03/19/08 (all weigh-ins are at the end of my food day) Week 2: -0.6 ---- 03/26/08 (T.O.M.) I totally understand. I am so sick of most of the Jenny food. I just ate it until I was where I needed to be; now, I only eat their meals occasionally. When you get to meals on your own (1/2 way), it's much better!

Thanks All! I can't wait to get to that half way point! I think that in itself is some motivation right there :-)
