I really appreicate Jenny Craig. They are really helping me to loose lbs.

I've been a vegetarian all my life... 63 years. I've lost 18 lbs on Jenny Craig in the past 3 months. I have at least 40 lbs more that I want to loose. About 15 years ago, I lost weight on Jenny Craig and I know that I will be successful this time as well. My JC Counselor is very understanding and helpful. The 15 minutes that I spend with her each week gives me a lot of encouragement. She seems to genuinely be happy for me when I loose. She has given me several ideas on how to make this work as a vegetarian.

Anybody else having success on Jenny Craig.

I am having a tremendous amount of success on the program. I am a pesco vegetarian so I have a few more menu options than some veggies, but more than half the menu is still off limits. I've lost almost thirty pounds in four months and am a few pounds away from halfway. I gained weight very quickly as a result of medication side effects. Most of my life I've been at a healthy weight, then boom, I gained sixty pounds in four months!!! I was horrified, and depressed. When I moved back home after college my mom and I decided to do Jenny together and it has been great to have the support of my family. My JC consultant and all the people at the center I know are genuinely happy for all their clients who find success and happiness on the program. So kudos to all of us vegetarians who are working hard to look and feel better!

I have also had a great deal of success - I'm within 10 lbs of my goal! I also eat fish on occasion, which help more with eating at restaurants, but not so much with JC (sometimes I'll order the fish & chips, but that's about it). I was able to get my counselor to agree to me swapping out some dinners for lunches, since the lunch options are so few (and I only like the enchiladas!).

But it is great to have a supportive counselor and to do what you can to work within the program. I wish you great success!

Hi from Chai Tea I have a receipe for a quick vegetarian dish use lightlife soy meatless product and 4 to 6 ounces of whole wheat pasta with low sodium tomato sauce it makes a really nice lunch or dinner. I hope that it helps. I have attempted to tell Jenny Craig to please return the veggie burger. If we keep asking and keep up the emails and all the correspondence we can make a difference.

The other thing I did was I mailed them the address, email and website of LightLife Foods.
I know it can be difficult but we cannot give up.

All of the Jenny Foods can be done vegetarian with lightlife foods or any other tofu product line.

Keep up the good work, stay strong and be well.

Regards to all the vegetarians in the Jenny Craig Community
