I am going to try them! I LOVE Morning Star sausage links and patties and the burgers. You have inspired me to try the ribs

Did you guys follow a vegetarian plan for JC? I'm just new and I'm not enjoying the meat

I would love more non-meat options too. I will eat meat, but I prefer not to. That doesn't leave me many options outside of salads and pasta.

Hi, I like the lightlife brands as well. They have less fat and low salt. I just want to let everyone know that even when dining out there are options., ask for 1/2 portions., and I have even brought my jenny salad dressings with me. the tuna salad kit is great for traveling. It can be used in any dry salad. keep up the good feelings and when you feel good you look good too. Much joy and happiness to you and yours.

Hi, again, another good meat source is mushrooms. I made the 20 minute bean chili with it as a soy subsitute and it tasted really good. Also., an organic whole grain no fat, no carb pasta is Hodsgon Mill brand. Itcooks up fast and taste really good in all the receipe servings. thanksnull

Tomorrow I start my first day on JC. I am a vegetarian, but for the sake of ease and so I won't get so bored, I went with the meat meals. There are so little choices for the vegetarian, so I thought I would suck it up for a while. And yes, the ribs are excellent!
