there are other veggies on this plan! I'd like to know if those of you who are find this plan easy to follow? Can a vegetarian be successful on this plan?

You can do it...it just gets boring. I do half jc and supplement with other meals, such as Amys and Mon Cuisine that are similar in content.

Hi Jamie!
Okay, I'll try that. Any specific favorites you would recommend? Thanks! Jami |

Hey there. Since we cannot get a lot of options on this program, do you just try and match the Amy's meals, or other vegetarian options as close to Jenny's food as possible, or do you consider it a meal on your own?
I have been on the program for over a year and a half, just nervous to go out on my own completely in fear of gaining again. Yikes. |

I go in and try to match the entree contents for the amys meals. The full dinner sets they make are nearly identical, even in salt content and range from 240-330 calories. Same goes for mon cuisine. I have added in others, but you really have to read to find matches.
As for jc meals, I love all the breakfasts, especially the 7 grain hot cereal. My husband on the other hand eats pancakes all week long. For lunch, I like the personal pizza and for dinner I really like the florentine ravioli. I really like all the veggie meals except the broccolli potato. ~JaMiE |

I like your idea of subbing Amy's cuisines. I used to eat those all the time before starting back on JC. I'm not at the point of reaching boredom with the JC foods yet, but I know it will happen eventually, so at least now I have a plan!

Just watch the sodium content. I've found the JC foods have less sodium in them than other frozen entrees. That's important firstly for people with high blood pressure but sodium helps one retain water so make sure you drink lots (extra) water on those days.
