Why can't this company make for us an egg sandwich on an english muffin without the damn slice of dead bird on it? It's so annoying. I buy it and then have to chip away the frozen slice of meat (which groces me out) It's not a huge request- and as far as nutrition, they could put a slice of cheese on it in place of the dead animal.

Well, I can't make Jenny C change their sandwitch - but I have a suggestion that may help you out. If you put the whole sandwitch in for 60 seconds, then take it out and take the meat off, then put in in again for 60 more seconds you won't have to chip away at the ham - it will come right off.

Thank you for your suggestion and I did think of that and did it once, but I could taste the smoked turkey bacon when I did it that way, even though I removed it.
What's double annoying is that JC seems to assess their foods and make changes based upon demand or lack thereof. Every time I buy one of those sunshine sandwiches, I encourage them to keep it the way it is even though I HATE it like that.
I can't believe how this company is turning its back on vegetarians -- My friend Sherry was going to join but went with Nutrisystem instead
