Hello everyone,
I'm brand new to the JD program (signed up today - start on Saturday!) and am a vegetarian. Just wanted to see how others were doing on the program, and if you guys find it difficult with a limited food choice. Nice to be here - I'm glad there's a support board just for us. |

Welcome,
I too, am vegetarian. The first six months were alright with the veggie choices, but I have been getting a little bored. I am now doing some meals on my own to change it up a bit. I also found that a few frozen meals from Mon Cuisine fit in perfectly with the jc program. Good luck! ~JaMiE |

Hi, I'm just ending my 1st week and have lost 7 lbs! Yay! I love the veggie food. I guess it may get boring after a while , but I was eatting the same stuff before(and gaining weight) so I think I can hang with this program. I've heard they're doing away with the Pasta Ole and I've only had it once so far but loved it . Maybe they'll make more stuff. Anyway, I really like the no brainer-ness of this diet.I think this may be the one that brings out the thin me!!

Hi,
I joined Oct.17 and have lost 10 lbs so far, with 40 to go...Before I started this I actually didn't even eat cheese, but I wanted to lose the pounds more than I didn't want to eat cheese, so I comprimised; I really enjoy most of the food - the Fagioli and Lasagna, but most everything else is soooo good and I'll be likely eating a few faves regularily after I get to goal...Where are you Fellow Veg-Heads from? AB Girl - I'm from Alberta. |

I am located in good old San Francisco, California! It is a nice city with plenty of good vegetarian options.
