I just joined JC today and by looking at these postings, think I have a hard time ahead of me with the food choices. I have been a vegetarian for 15 years and do not plan to go back to meat just to eat these meals. What are some suggestions I can try to substitute some of their menu options? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pinky-
I have been on the program for 8 weeks. I also have been a veggie for 7 years and wouldn't go back to meat for this. I do buy a couple WW meals or Lean Cusiense to add some different meals. Oh yeah Pria bars from Power bar are 100% veggie. I get those at Sam's Club for a great price. You can do it!! Keep up the program because it teaches you great habits. Higbeedog2@yahoo.com |

Thanks for the suggestions. I have a few stand-by frozen dinners I like. It seems like most frozen food brands do not have many vegetarian options to choose from. I do love the Lean Quisine cheese pizza. Is that okay to have? Or does WW have a pizza that has less carbs and fat? So many things to keep track of!

You might also want to try the 100 calorie packs of Oreos & Chips Ahoy. You can get them at Sam's for a good deal. Also try putting cooked broccoli in the broc-chs soup. It really makes a difference.
