Hi! I was wondering if any of you have a tofu recipe that you could share. I bought some, and don't know what to do with it! Thanks!

You should try the website www.allrecipes.com. It has all types of recipes, including vegetarian. You can also do a search on the website for "tofu." I've made tofu parmigiana before from the website that was awesome but probably wouldn't be too smart for a low calorie meal. Recipes are rated by people who have tried the dish & make suggestions. I just went back on Jenny Craig today after eating way too much on several vacations this summer. Good luck!
