you should go to diettogo.com to see what they offer vegetarians. they're full of whole grains and have SO many choices. they are rather expensive though and i dont think they offer consultation like jc. anyway, i have the greatest consultant in the world so i'm with jc for the long haul. i think jc meal planners need a little imagination. why not do that for us?

I agree. Atkins is going out of style. Vegetarianism is bound to come back in vogue. When I mentioned more variety of vegie foods to my counselor today, she basically shrugged. It seems it would help with retention if they would offer more options. More money in JC corps. pocket.

DietToGo.com food is horrible. I did that one before. It's quite watery when it thaws. Yuck.
