How about making up some suggetion menus and submitting them to JC?
If you could create your own JC menu, what would you choose for your main meals, breakfast, lunch, dinner?
I do not have the time to do all seven days now for I am on the run but here is a start.
Day 1
Breakfast: Zucchini muffin
Lunch: Fettuccine with Broccoli Florets
Dinner: Veggie meat loaf with JC veggies
Day 2
Breakfast: Chocolate Chip muffin
Lunch: Fettuccine with peas and carrots
Dinner: Veggie meat balls with ziti
Come on, get your creative juices flowing, we can do it.
Whats on your creative menu suggestion for JC?

pasta with pesto and shredded parmesan, and vegetarian "chicken"
i'm a huge lover of boca's soy-chicken patties, and frozen dinners; i'd love to see them worked into JC meals.

I'm not a "veggie" but those ideas sound delish to me as well.

I ended up leaving JC because of the lack of variety in the choices in vegetarian meals. I now buy at the grocery store, Lean Cuisines, etc. Need more choices! Still doing fine on my own, but miss the opportunity to talk with someone every week! I did stick it out to make it close to goal, but then ventured on my own, plus found it cheaper! Maybe more choice would not have made me stray!

I personally know many others that have done the same. It is a shame that JC doesn't wake up and see the profits that they are missing out on.
