As you vegetarians all know, we only have a one week rotating menu - same thing week after week. I have been on program for 2 months now and am finding that I am just gagging on a lot of the meals because I simply can't eat another one. Is anyone else having this problem? What have you done instead? I have made some substitutions to stay within the calorie level but wanted your suggestions.
Thanks, Jaybee |

We all are, but trying to get JC to do something about it, but it is like banging your head against a brick wall and getting no where.
For Breakfast I would love to see some JC Chocolate Chip Muffins, Zucchini Muffins, Carrot Muffins. Scrambled Eggs and Cheddar Cheese and Hash Browns. For Lunches I would like to see some Fettuccine with Broccoli. For Dinners or Lunches I would love to see Meat loaf made like the Veggie Burger with JC delicious steamed Broccoli or Manicotti or Veggie Meat Balls with some kind of delicious pasta like Rotini. What are some menu ideas that you would like to see JC come out with? |

Wow, this is my first week w/JC and I am a vegetarian.. Jc Reps never even told me that vegetarians only get one menu! That makes me mad because I know that this will get very boring!

i'm sure I will get tired of it eventually. but, right now, i'm getting more variety than i usually give myself when i fix my own vegetarian food, and i like the meals, so i have no complaints. now, i'm eating cheese too - and i'm well aware of the arguments against that but - i relaxed off my no-dairy, that's my choice. I have enough choices to get 2 of each item i like, so i only have the same meal twice a week (lunch/dinner). so if you are like me in how you do vegetarian, you may be quite happy. i do of course FULLY SUPPORT JC COMING OUT WITH MORE BETTER VARIED VEGETARIAN and especially VEGAN MEALS!

Even the non veggie people get bored with their three weeks menu. So figure that one out.
Many non veggie people love our meals too and would like to have more veggie meal options. Since there are some veggie people who do eat cheese and eggs, you should try the Sunshine sandwich w/o the meat and split a slice of 90 cal cheese on it. Half on each side. Love it! First I defrost the Sunshine sandwich for one min in the microwave. Take out the english muffin and put the egg part in for another min, turn over and then another 30 sec, put it all together and another 20 sec and it is delicious! When I get really desperate for a change I purchase the 1st week and pick out the meat. Now that is really desperate. For any who do not like the veggie soup, try it with some grated cheese, it gives it a whole new flavor. |
