Hi,
Starting this topic so we can find out about each other. I am on the program 3 weeks and it is going good. Prior to joining JC Iwas on Weight Watchers and lost 20 pound within the last year. I am amazed how quickly I have lost the first 10 pounds on JC being I had a prior weight lost. I know it will slow down, but the quick initial weight loss is a unexpected treat. High Weight 239 1/18/05 219 started JC 1/26/05 213 2/02/05 209 total lost 10 lbs goal 144 |

hi,
Ive been on the program forever (it will be 2 years in may) and Ive lost 100lbs. I would like to lose another 35-40lbs. The first year was a nice year, I lost 70 and the last year Ive lost 30... That and Ive gotten lazy. Its hard to keep your eyes on your goal when youve lost a sugnificant amount of weight and people do the whole "WOW YOUVE LOST 100LBS?!" and assume your at your goal when you still have a ways to go. It can be discouraging and at the same time conforting when people tell you - "you look great!". Ive been doing the whole hovering thing for a while, where I fluxuate between 5lbs up and down. But the bracket of the 5lb goes lower thru time. So yeah. Thats where Im at. Bikki |
