There are new foods coming out I guess, but they are all chicken. Sounds great if you are not a vegetarian. Why don't they come out with more vegetarian friendly foods????? I just wish they would try to accomodate everyone who does the plan.
Sorry, just needed to vent. It just seems to me that since the JC program is so popular, they should have a HUGE variety of foods available. Just my opinion. |

Hi,
I saw your post and I agree. I have been on and off JC for years. I lost some weight with JC and most of all inches. I am back up to 130 my goal has been 117. I went to the center Wednesday of this week to get a weeks worth of food. I was waiting for my order from Nutrisystem So I am using both this month. It seems JC is better in a lot of ways. They have vegetarian food but about the same amount as JC. I agree why can't they have more vegetarian meals. I do not eat meat. I will eat fish. Good luck on your weight journey. tootie |

Is there a board or some other way to communnicate that we should have more options as vegetarians?
If they want to keep vegetarians on their plan, they should offer more otherwise it is easy to get bored and so in order to avoid that, we start looking for alternatives which will mean less $$$ for them. |

this program is really working for me only because i am committed to losing this weight. otherwise...i am BORED!!!! and constipated because i'm not used to all the cheese thats in every entree. just looking at the program that they have for vegetarians makes me wonder just how up-to-date their nutritionists are on current nutrition info . all of my food is either red, white or yellow. except breakfast which is some form of brown. i know that some of my overweight veggie friends would have stayed on the program if there had been more variety. once i reach goal i'm not sure if i could put another cheezy freaking enchilada in my mouth again, which may affect my long term success. that's something they need to look at. anyway...for right now, i'm commited.

Attention JC - If you are reading this. Every time you come out with something new for the non veggie people and nothing new for us veggie people you are telling us that you don't care about us and that we are not important to you. If you are at least going to come up with new items, the least that you can do is split it up and make it equal, like two new items for us veggie people and two new items for the non veggie people so that you do not make us feel like you do not care about us. I am going to post this in the "Veggie Forum" as well as the "Food Feedback" and "Program Comments Forum" If anyone wants to add their two cents, then feel free to add to the thread where hopefully someone who can make a difference for us, will read it and do something about it.
