- My husband and I met at a gym, so being active has always been a part of our life. We always incorporate adventurous activities into our vacations, so our 9 year old son is used to being active. I am certified fitness instructor and enjoyed taking time to talk with members of my classes when I taught. In fact, one member in particular became a good friend, joined jenny Craig and lost 60 pounds! I am proud to say that I have inspired many to become active in their lives just by being a role model.
- How do you integrate Jenny's brand vision into your life?
- I focus the teams on the happiness we create in people's lives when they finally lose the weight. Whether its 20 pounds or 100 pounds, clients experience many changes and a renewed pep in their step when they lose weight. I am also passionate about each employee embracing our values. I created Walk the Talk and Starfish story contests to celebrate our mission and encourage a healthy lifestyle.

- "It is not because things are difficult that we don't dare; it is because we don't dare that things are difficult."
- How do you integrate Jenny's brand vision into your life?
- Personally, I believe it is crucial to educate future generations about healthy guidelines. As such, I "coach" my kids every day on the values of healthy eating by bringing together the pleasures of new tastes with portion control. It is all about balance; balance in your food intake and balance in your activity so you reach a stage of well-being. My role is to guide and inspire my kids to healthy habits and behavior so it becomes a very natural for them. This a necessary step to fight obesity and transform future generations .
