Our Dietitians
MS, RD, NSCA-CPT
As a Manager of Program Development, Molly Wangsgaard helps to drive the development of the Jenny Craig menus, program materials and counseling strategies utilized by staff and clients. Ms. Wangsgaard also provides technical expertise in the creation of non-food products such as cookbooks, activity tools and motivational products, offers content for the Jenny Craig Website, and directs the enrollment of clients with special health conditions, such as insulin-dependent diabetes.
Prior to joining Jenny Craig, Ms. Wangsgaard served as program dietitian for the Vanderbilt Center for Surgical Weight Loss, where she counseled bariatric surgery patients before and after weight loss surgery and assisted in the creation of nutrition protocols and program materials. She also served as sports dietitian for the Vanderbilt University Athletic Department, where she consulted with teams and counseled individual athletes for improved sports performance and body weight issues. Before that, she was an inpatient clinical dietitian for Vanderbilt University Hospital, working primarily with surgery patients, and an outpatient clinical dietitian for Vanderbilt's Nutrition Clinic, where she advised adolescents and adults in the areas of weight management, heart health, sports nutrition, and general health improvement. During this time, she also served as the Weight Management Newsletter editor for the Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group of the American Dietetic Association (ADA).
Ms. Wangsgaard received Bachelor of Science degrees summa cum laude in human nutrition and kinesiology from Kansas State University, and a Master of Science degree in human nutrition, foods and exercise from Virginia Tech. She was awarded the designation of Registered Dietitian after completing a dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Ms. Wangsgaard is a member of the ADA; the Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists (SCAN) Dietetics Practice Group (DPG); and the Weight Management (WM) DPG where she serves on the symposium committee. In addition, she holds a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from ADA's Commission on Dietetic Registration; the Health Promotion Director certification from The Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas; Group Fitness Instructor certification from the American Council on Exercise; and is a National Strength and Conditioning Association—Certified Personal Trainer.

RD CLE
As a Manager of Program Development, Ilona Fordham helps to drive the development of Jenny Craig Menus, program materials and counseling strategies utilized by staff and clients. Ms. Fordham also provides technical expertise in the creation of non-food products such as cookbooks, activity tools and motivational products, offers content for the Jenny Craig website, and directs the enrollment of clients with special health conditions, such as insulin-dependent diabetes.
Prior to joining Jenny Craig, Ms. Fordham served as a Communication Specialist and Infant Nutrition Representative for Nestle USA, where she served as an advisor to pediatricians on infant nutrition in the NICU and well-baby nursery, as well as effectively communicated research and new technologies to regional and national thought leaders on behalf of Nestle Infant Nutrition. She also performed as a Sports/Wellness Consultant at Performance Health, where she was a Proprietor of Performance Health fitness and wellness coaching. In addition, she served as an Associate Clinical Services Manager at American Specialty Health, where she served as a health writer for clinical care manuals and worked with the corporate wellness team to build online health and wellness coaching programs that included process planning, scripting, and medical nutrition therapy algorithms. Ms. Fordham also served as a Clinical/Outpatient Dietitian at Palomar Medical Center, providing outpatient counseling, community education and nutrition classes for cardiac rehabilitation, cancer support and stroke recovery.
Ms. Fordham received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from California State University, San Francisco, where she graduated with magna cum laude honors and was distinguished as the most outstanding student within her department. Ms. Fordham also completed a dietetic internship at the esteemed Stanford Medical Center in Palo Alto.
As a registered dietitian, Ms. Fordham is a member of the American Dietetic Association (ADA) and is an active member of several practice groups within the ADA, including Dietitians in Weight Management and Dietitians in Women's Health. Ms. Fordham also serves as a Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise, a certified wellness coach with Intrinsic Coaching, and a certified lactation educator.

As a Manager of Program Development, Karla Campbell helps to drive the development of the Jenny Craig menus, program materials and counseling strategies utilized by staff and clients. Ms. Campbell also provides technical expertise in the creation of non-food products such as cookbooks, activity tools and motivational products, offers content for the Jenny Craig Website, and directs the enrollment of clients with special health conditions, such as insulin-dependent diabetes.
Prior to joining Jenny Craig, Ms. Campbell served as a Registered Dietitian at The N.E.W. Program, where she counseled patients before and after bariatric surgery, developed and ran a non-surgical weight loss program, created and delivered workshops, and marketed the weight loss programs to healthcare providers. She also served as a Registered Dietitian at Montebello Dialysis Center, where she provided nutrition counseling to patients with end-stage renal disease. In addition, she served as Sports Nutritionist at Velocity Sports Performance, where she counseled and developed meal plans for professional, amateur, and adolescent athletes. Ms. Campbell also served as a Registered Dietitian at Valens Medical, where she counseled weight loss clients, performed body composition testing, and conducted marketing efforts to healthcare providers and the community.
Ms. Campbell received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Stanford University and a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology, with an Option in Sports Nutrition, from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She completed a dietetic internship at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
Ms. Campbell is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as several Dietetic Practice Groups: Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition (SCAN); Weight Management; and Nutrition Entrepreneurs. Her leadership positions within SCAN have included serving as Secretary, as well as Public Relations Chair for the SCAN Symposium. Ms. Campbell is also a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics.

Our team of registered dietitians develop all Jenny Craig menus and educational materials, support staff training and serve as a nutrition resource to Jenny Craig Centres. They also provide technical expertise in the creation of new foods, non-food products such as cookbooks, activity tools and motivational products, and direct the enrollment of clients with special health conditions, such as insulin-dependent diabetes.
