Here are just a few initiatives that demonstrate both the appeal of the Jenny Craig Program and the contemporary clients and companies with which we work:

Carrie Fisher

Carrie Fisher started with Jenny Craig in November 2010 with the initial weight loss goal to lose 30 pounds. Fisher was the first celebrity spokesperson to lose weight on Jenny Craig's program innovation, the Metabolic Max Program. Fisher credits wanting to feel comfortable in her clothing and confident in her appearance as her motivation to join the weight loss program.

Valerie Bertinelli

Valerie lost 40 pounds* on the Jenny Craig Program, and has successfully maintained her weight since November 2007. She is an enthusiastic and passionate Jenny Craig star client, and continues to appear in Jenny Craig television commercials and print advertising. She also shares her results in blogs on our website, www.jennycraig.com, and in weekly e-mails to current clients.

Valerie is conscious of the need to model healthful food and activity choices for her son, while maintaining a busy schedule and often unpredictable lifestyle. Jenny Craig gave her the flexibility and tools she needed to create healthful meals at home, make better choices when dining out, and make more conscious decisions about when and how she ate.

After researching the Jenny Craig program and what it had to offer in terms of providing the support and education she needed, Valerie was confident that she would lose her excess weight and learn how to keep it off. This was the first time she tried a comprehensive program that addressed her food intake, activity level AND mindset when it came to when and why she eats.

Sara Rue

Sara Rue initially joined Jenny Craig with the goal of losing 30 pounds* as a part of her New Year's Resolution. After she joined the program and achieved her initial goal,* Sara set a new goal to lose more weight.

As she is preparing for her wedding, Sara is happier with her body confidence and improved self-image. She is looking forward to shaping and toning her body to achieve her desired look for her wedding.

Sara's transformation is both physical and mental, as she lost her control issues with food and has developed the mantra, "progress, not perfection." She is excited to continue positive steps toward a healthy lifestyle and utilizes the support of her consultant to help her throughout her weight loss journey.

Nicole Sullivan

Nicole lost 35 pounds in 16 weeks,* joining the Jenny Craig program six weeks after the birth of her second son. She lost the weight by meeting with her consultant weekly, gradually increasing her activity through walking, and following the Jenny Craig nutritional plan, which included planned meals and meals on her own.

After giving birth to her second child, Nicole wanted the freedom and confidence to go to playdates at the pool with her children and feel comfortable enough to walk around in a bikini. Nicole achieved her weight loss goal by walking, and began working with a trainer to develop a structured fitness program to become more toned.

Nicole began her fitness routine by walking 1-2 times a week and gradually increasing the frequency of her workouts. Once she achieved her weight loss goal, she began a structured fitness routine of squats, lunges, free weights, sit ups and pushups. Nicole said her consultant played a positive role in her weight loss, and will continue to help her focus on maintenance as well.
