The three cornerstones of Jenny Craig's safe approach to effective weight management are food, body and mind.
Our more than 80 delicious Jenny's Cuisine™ entrees and snacks help clients create a healthy relationship with food by illustrating proper portion sizes and modeling nutritionally balanced meals. Trained consultants also provide advice on making smart choices at restaurants and in other challenging social situations.
Clients also learn how to build an active lifestyle by incorporating physical activity into their daily routines. This can include planned activities such as walking, swimming and going to the gym, as well as natural activities like playing with their children, gardening, and taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
A third focus is placed on developing a balanced approach to living. With the support of motivation-based consultations, clients will identify their unique weight-loss mindsets, learn how to make themselves a priority by taking well-deserved time for self-care and celebrating the milestones they achieve.

The hallmark of the Jenny Craig Program is our one-on-one attention and individual support. Knowledgeable, caring consultants provide motivation, encouragement and helpful information – either at our Jenny Craig Centres, or over the phone as part of our at-home Jenny Direct® Program.
